Abstract:   (234 Views)
In this paper, regarding the importance of biomass energy and biofuel, a new mathematical model of a biomass supply chain network has been presented aimed to maximize profits, the number of jobs, and reliability. Regarding the uncertainty of some of the parameters of the problem, the new robust optimization method was used and the results showed a reducing effect of uncertainty rate on the total net profit and reliability. MOPSO, NSGA II, and MOGWO algorithms were used to solve sample problems of larger size. Hence, 15 sample problems of larger size were designed and the model of a sustainable biomass chain network was solved using the above algorithm. The results of this model and comparison of indicators (means of objective functions, spacing index, distance index from the ideal point, max-domain index, number of Pareto solutions index and computational time) with MOPSO, NSGA II, and MOGWO algorithms show rapid convergence and high efficiency of MOPSO algorithm in solving the problem of a sustainable biomass supply chain network.
